The problem
Five systems, no connection
Leases in the property software, transactions at the bank, receipts in storage, reports in Excel, agreements in the inbox. For every operating cost statement we hunted down figures and retyped them. Errors were inevitable.
The attempt
AI agents without access
We wanted to hand the routine to AI agents. The agents were ready, the data wasn't: our property software had no open interface, and every workaround was fragile.
